USB Flash Drive a convenient little device that makes transferring files much easier than ever. And it's a piece of device or source that leads to fast spreading of the infamous malware called Autorun.inf.
A user can easily get infected from Autorun.inf by just double clicking infected USB Flash Drive or other portable devices. After inflicting your system and it will copy itself to all your computer's drive. If you use Antivirus to perform full scan, it will detect Autorun.inf and remove it. Usually after rebooting Auto.inf which was initially deleted will be still intact.
One of the symptom if you got infected with Autorun.inf is the inability to access other drive in your PC. It will prompt you to access your drive using a choice of program but in actual you can only access it by using explorer. In other instance of Autorun.inf infection, after boot up your PC will be in blank dark screen, you have to press CTRL+R and run explorer.exe each time after boot up.
